WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?

The StrongHER program isn’t really a “program” at all. Its 4, 6 or 12 months working directly with me, Coach Meg, to help you reach your health goals. I create an individualized training protocol for at home or in the gym, and a nutrition plan specifically tailored to your body. You will get weekly adjustments & daily support from me to reach YOUR desired goals.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?

My coaching is entirely online and can be accessed anywhere. All of the tools, training videos, Q&A live streams, and community can be viewed anytime, on your own schedule.

WHEN CAN I START?

Your coaching starts the moment you enroll. Once accepted I will begin the onboarding process to get you started right away.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Together we determine your ideal body goals and create a plan to achieve them. I will provide weekly customized nutrition strategies, workout plans, and mindset training to ensure your mind and body evolve together. This is MORE than just a workout program and meal plan. To lose the weight for good you need more than

WHY WAS THIS MADE?

I created StrongHER because of all the terrible misinformation out on the internet. I learned the hard way that the diet industry is built to keep you stuck, not help you. My mission is to empower as many women as possible with the knowledge of how to eat and exercise to see real results. I needed more than a meal plan and some workouts. I needed support from someone who had been in my shoes and cared about my progress just as much as I did. And I’m that coach now for you. Not only is my program scientifically backed but I have lived by these methods and transformed my own health this way.

How do I know if I am ready to join your program? I feel like I am way too busy with my work and kids. I hardly have time to shower.

There is never going to be a “best time to start”. If you learn how to conquer your fitness goals when your life is busy, they become EASY to maintain when your life becomes less busy. If you use the busy excuse forever, you will pass away with poor health. The choice is yours.

I have hired other ‘online fitness coaches’ and didn't get results. How do I know this will work?

I am sorry to hear that. You are not alone though. I offer different financing options to help split up payments and make things flexible for you, even with affirm! I also have my 6 week program which is a great starting point.

Do you oversee my actual workout program and nutrition plans?

Oh YES!I will see absolutely everything you do and all the food you eat as well inside the app. I’m here to keep you accountable so you can reach the body of your dreams. The BEST athletes in the world have coaches and people to hold them accountable. Accountability and support make you better. This is a safe space as well, I will NEVER make you feel guilty or ashamed if you’re struggling. I’m here to help you through each obstacle life throws your way. Consistency over perfection always.

Do I have to love to sweat and lift really heavy weights?

Your program will be FUN for you so that you enjoy your workouts. You will look forward to doing it. You don’t motivate yourself to watch a movie right? Exactly because it’s fun. We will be working with moderate weights that push you but prevent the risk of injury to ensure longevity as well as results.

How is this different from all the other workout programs I have already tried?

The StrongHER program focuses on IDENTITY change to create permanent transformation. While every other program will have you follow some cookie cutter program they give to every other women, never teaching you the skills you need to be successful on your own, I’m not about that. I want you to know everything I know about nutrition and workouts so you can keep the results we get together.

StrongHER focuses on 3 core principles:

1) Sustainability (AKA having FUN)

2) Personalization. Everything will be custom to you, your life, your job, and your preferences.

3) Mindset. We HEAVILY focus on mindset training (with over 25 powerful training videos that will change your life. Change starts in the mind.)

Do I need a gym or can I train from home?

Both work fine! If you have equipment at home I can make you a custom workout routine to fit your schedule and exercise capability. Half of my clients work out at home, and Alexis (featured in our transformation pics) lost over 50lbs working out in her living room with a set of dumbbells.

Do you believe in rapid fat loss or slow and steady?

People who lose weight a lot faster are following unsustainable approaches that cause a 3-month transformation and then a 3 month period where they regain the weight. That’s a complete waste of your money and time. I don’t believe in wasting your money or time. That’s not why I started coaching in the first place. I believe in sustainable, steady progress. Do it right the first time, you keep the results for life.

Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?

No.Our best clients only workout 3-5 times a week and complete three workouts in 45-90 minutes MAX. Our workout app has a stopwatch and timer built into it so it helps you stay accountable and not waste time in the gym so you can get back to your normal daily tasks.

How long does your program last?

There is a 4, 6 month and 12 month option. Anything less is too little to see lasting changes, and anything more is just if you love the community and want to stay!

I’m scared to invest.

Good.

This is normal and actually a sign that you’re getting out of your comfort zone. Congratulations! I have personally invested thousands into my own fitness coaching and self-development and still do to this day.

It's what makes me my best self. I would never ask someone to do something I haven’t done already. We can both agree that nothing grows inside your comfort zone. Getting out of it is always a little uncomfortable but more than worth it.
